Most of what we do is customized lash extensions and creating bomb brows but recently we added Brazilians to our menu however, we’re pretty darn good at some other stuff too. Brow & Body Wax Specialist

We’re looking for beauty professionals with awesome work ethic, amazing attitudes and a desire to make even the saddest brows and bikini lines come to life.  If this sounds like you,  keep reading!

The successful applicant must:

  • Have a current FL Esthetics License (applicants with out-of-state licenses and ability to obtain reciprocity may be considered)

  • Take pride in their appearance, work, attention to detail and a clean work environment

  • Demonstrate they have the ability to work well within a team, take initiative and have a friendly, bubbly and engaging personality

  • Be prepared for re-training the Miller & Co Way

  • Previous experience with brow shaping and body waxing are a plus

Front Desk Beauty Coordinator

Miller & Co Aesthetics' Front Desk Beauty Coordinator is the information center for our busy studio, is instrumental to the daily operations and flow, tends to the social atmosphere and sets the tone for our overall guest experience.  Sound like shoes you can fill?  Well, here’s what we want to know:

  • Are you organized beyond organized?

  • Do you love to chit-chat and have the ability to make anyone smile?

  • Are you able to handle difficult customers & situations?

  • Do you have style and take pride in your appearance?

  • Are you a fast learner?

  • Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills?

  • Can you turn around any guest experience?

  • Are you a multi-tasker?

  • Do you pay attention to detail and appreciate a clean work environment?

  • Do you have a love for the beauty industry?

  • Do you have strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook?

Lash Artist

We’re looking for beauty professionals with awesome work ethic, amazing attitudes and a desire to make even the shortest and thinnest lashes come to life.   If this sounds like you,  keep reading!

  • Open to learning classic, hybrid & volume lash extensions.

  • Willing to invest time to build lash clientele.

  • Willing to take the time to learn lash application the Miller & Co way .

  • Open to market lash business in the community.

  • Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio's policies and procedures.

  • Understands and promotes exclusive retail products for guest's at-home usage and aftercare.

  • Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare.

  • Generates new clientele through the Miller & Co referral program.

  • Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes with Master Lash Stylist.

  • Committed to consistently improving skills through professional development program.
